What is the best advice for cutting?

If you do things correctly, you should not need to cut.

When aiming to 'BULK UP', you should be focusing on adding a serious amount of muscle mass to your body over a prolonged period of time.

This requires you to eat a clean diet and figure out your MEAL PLAN, rather than just eating lots and lots of food to put on weight.

Add lean muscle, and save yourself the task of shredding all the fat you would otherwise put on.
