Should I use meal replacements to help gain weight?

By Scott Herman in Supplements · Published

Meal replacement supplements should ALWAYS be a last resort when it comes to filling your macronutrients for the day.

ALWAYS focusing on filling your MEAL PLAN with whole foods.

Meal replacements are worse than a liquid form of food, and are unlikely to give you the same NUTRIENTS as real food. They are expensive and unnecessary if you can access real food.

You can take some SUPPLEMENTS, which are are meant to compliment your meal plan not take the place of food.
