Do I really need to take supplements?

Supplements are not necessary, but to maximize your gains and potential, they are recommended.

PROTEIN supplements are important, as proteins are used to build muscle. Ingesting quality amounts of protein after a workout to repair muscles are vital, so a powder is advised.

BCAAs are another important supplement to invest in, as they are equally important for muscle growth.

These should be the foundation of your supplementation. There are endless other supplements on the market, some good and some not so good.

If you have any deficiencies, supplements can be a good way to increase them. Be savvy and think about what is going to help you the most on your fitness journey.
