Should I do Olympic lifting to help with my strength and power?

Olympic lifting will definitely help with overall power and strength.

Olympic lifts focus on COMPOUND MOVEMENTS*, which activate more than one muscle.

Olympic lifts are also generally focused on performing a 1RM, which will greatly increase your strength and power.

Set aside one day to work on Olympic lifts, only performing these compound movements. Be sure to rest at least 2-3 minutes between sets to recover maximum strength.
