Muscle imbalances can be a pain, but they are fixable.
If you are new to training, MUSCLE IMBALANCES can be very common. It is normally a matter of giving your body time to sort itself out and correct those imbalances naturally.
Avoid training only one side of your body, as this can lead to muscle imbalances. It is also not the best way to correct imbalances.Even if you have a stronger side, use the same weight for both sides of the body. Getting a spotter is one way to improve imbalances.
