Is my protruding belly really fat?

It will depend on your overall body fat levels.

If your body fat levels are relatively high (approx. 18% or higher) then it is likely your belly is protruding because of fat.

If your body fat levels are relatively low (8%-15%) and your belly still protrudes, it could be because you have bad POSTURE.
