Is it OK to take a rest between my reps?

By Scott Herman in Muscle Gain · Published

There is nothing wrong with taking a rest between sets.

If you find yourself struggling so much with your final rep/s during an exercise and you do not have a SPOTTER, simply rest the weight and recover some energy.

A short break of 5-10 seconds give you time to gather your breath, clear your mind, and then continue and finish your set.

If you find you still cannot complete your final reps after a rest, try DROPPING THE WEIGHT.
