I've hit a plateau, what should I do?

By Scott Herman in General Questions · Published

If your progress on any front seems to have staled, it may mean it is time to SWITCH things up.

The human body is designed to adapt to almost anything. If you continue to lift the same weight, do the same exercises and do everything in the same order, your body will get used to the motions and can potentially stop growing.

This means you need to shock your body, by editing what exercises you do, what days or train, or PROGRESSIVELY OVERLOADING.

However, a plateau may also mean you need to take a DE-LOAD week.
