Genetics are basically the foundation for your body.
GENETICS will determine how you look, including the shape and possibly the positioning of your muscles.
Your ability to put on muscle and lose fat may also be pre-determined by your genetics.
There is now way to alter your genetics, but you can always improve what you have.
By training consistently and eating correctly, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
Limitations only exist if you let them.
