How can I jump higher?

To jump higher, you need to build up your leg strength.

Building all of your leg muscles will give you a better chance of being able to jump higher, but you need to specifically focus on power movements.

This can be things such as squat jumps, front squat jumps or jumping lunges to name a few. You should also focus on an explosive movement up when performing squats.

BOX JUMPS will of course help, and performing these with extra weight will be beneficial. Your arm movements are also important to aid the height of your jump. Swing your arms up as you jump.
