How can I improve my flexibility for deadlifting?

By Scott Herman in Flexibility / Mobility · Published

Your hips, hamstrings and lower back should be stretched.

These are some of the key body parts for deadlifting, and the more mobility you have in them, the better you will be able to maintain proper form for DEADLIFTING.

While you want to keep a stiff back and avoid rounding your back, you still need to be flexible in your back. More flexibility will help you avoid rounding or arching

Better HAMSTRING flexibility will make it easier to do the eccentric movement of the deadlift. Train with a light weight too, so you can easily make all the right movements and get correct form.
