If you have no access to a gym or weights, body weight training can be effective and will provide you with muscle gains.

Pull-ups and push-ups are important body weight exercises which will help you increase your overall body development.

Be sure to implement PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD with body weight exercises.

Use free weights AND machine weights. Free weights work on your stability and balance and can be helpful for more than just the muscle you are targeting.

Machine weights can effectively target specific muscle areas and allow you to lift heavier weights.
