Can I do circuit training and body splits in one workout day?

Yes, this will be especially good if you want to lose fat AND build muscle.

These should be done as two different sessions, ideally one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening.

It doesn't matter which order you do them in, but make sure you are EATING enough to actually promote muscle growth WHILE losing fat.

Get enough REST, and organise what your muscle splits will be in association with your circuit. For example, avoid doing an upper body circuit AND a chest workout.
