Can I do an entire workout of compound lifts everyday to improve strength and power?

Yes, this is a common method for increasing strength and power.

These can be integrated into a regular split, but should in that case only be performed once a week along with doing the movements during your split workouts.

If focusing on workouts which ONLY consist of compound lifts, perform these 3-4 times a week.

Be sure to focus on COMPOUND LIFTS which will cover the entire body, not just the top of the bottom.
