Are circuits the only sort of training I should do for conditioning?
It is up to you and your goals.
If you aren't interested in a building significant muscle or body building, then sticking to circuit training will be okay.
While you can GAIN MUSCLE while performing circuits, to see optimal gains you should be doing some sort of split in association as well.
Don't forget to include CARDIO too, as that will help improve your circuits.
