Just a guy who is wanting to complete my goal of getting a leaner body mass and finishing off the rest of my belly fat go lose. When I started my journey I was 16 years old and weighed 225lbs. In that year I decided I was ready for a change. I worked out hard did lots of cardio on an old push treadmill my grandma gave me for an hour a day and dropped to 190lbs in three months. A Lot has changed since then. I have lost a considerable amount of body fat but now am struggling to get the last couple pounds off. Now it's time to hit the weights and get some gains haha jk still have lots to learn bur I'm not in the gym to spin my wheels I want to learn the right ways in the gym not what feels comfortable I know it takes hard work and dedication and I'm willing to put that in.
