About Me
I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery on Aug 10, 2015. I was in the Marines right out of High School in 1995. Highest weight has been 354 Lbs. I was at 266 on the day of my surgery. I am finally able to get to the gym and do the exercise's that I know I need to do. I have the most trouble with nutrition as I notice my old habits still come flooding back to me.
