Active duty military. When on deployment and I have a limited choice of food and all the time in the world to hit the gym 6 days a week, I keep my weight down and BF in the 15% range... when I come home and there's the wife and kids and I can add all the olive oil and butter I want to my food or alcohol is available... Can run a solid 6 miles or cycle for hours, and I put out Outstanding results on my Navy PRT cycle for the last few years, but I've always just been frustrated by higher levels of fat and weaker upper body fitness due mostly to bad meal choices.
