A little over a year ago I was tired of being out of shape and skinny fat. I was drinking a lot and going out and put on about 20 pounds. I was 5'6" and weighed almost 180. It didn't look good on me to say the least. So I did something about it. Been hitting the gym hard for a year now and have seen drastic improvements. I have lost a lot of body fat and certainly gained muscle. Scott Herman was one of the first youtubers I came across and followed him and watched every video. I can honestly say his advice has helped me become the best possible version of me
