About Me
Grew up fed a lot of junk food and went from 168 to 153 due to sports but still have some fat on me. I'm 17 and have changed my diet of what I eat but not seeing progress in muscle. Not trying to get big right now but just want to have the show of muscles. Tried to drink protein shakes but it does something to my liver and the doctor told me to stop for a while. Also go to the gym 5 times a week for about 45 mins to a hour.
