About Me
I suffer with Fibromyalgia and PTSD following a car accident. At the beginning of 2013 I was very low both mentally and physically. Something had to be done, I had to fight back! I began with Yoga, just visualizing the movement. Today, Monday 2nd December 2013, I joined my local gym! MASSIVE forward step! I have so much more hard work ahead of me and for the rest of my life, but a fitter body is much better than an unfit body and I will keep pushing myself forward.
