Only beginning fitness when i was 17, when i was at my peak i cut back for health, keep in mind it wasn't the best diet, lack of cardio or sweating much, lack of water and consistency sometimes lacking + i was 18, height of 5'7.7" (172 cms) weighed 207 pounds (93.7 kgs) had a 36 - 37 and even sometimes a 38 inch waist, i still looked healthy on the outside and had 15.75 biceps, 41.5 - 42 Inch chest and 25 Inch quads, but i knew it wasn't healthy. At this time I had chest pains three times over 2 months, it was around this time roughly 6 months after my 18th I stopped my fitness journey. However earlier this year around march - April I decided to get back into the journey and realize it was my bad diet and it was around that time I was eating and living a lot more healthier. I want to try to beat my personal bests (except weight) and maintain, my new healthier lifestyle and to keep my waist from 29.5 - 31 Inches and a body fat under 12%. Interesting fact about me: I only do calisthenics. In the past it was the same except for some exercises (mostly arms) I would use dumbbells I bought back when I was 15. Only been to a gym 7-9 times in my life. I like gyms and absolutely respect them, but I get more enjoyment out of calisthenics also my legs, chest, even my shoulder to neck area and back I'm bringing more intensity and hard work too. (Arms and everything else are the same intensity + hard work.)
