About Me
At 49 years old i got to 210lbs. hi cholesterol felt miserable i took a look to myself going the same pat. as other people same age dying and people that retire dying with in a few months of being retire... so i wanted to improve my odds of living little longer ..... now at 55 years old and 157 lbs. feel better i enjoy working-out, and being able to stay lean, and looking forward to keep enjoying life.
