About Me
I have always been athletic and had muscle underneath due too that athleticism, but now i am beginning to work out more and am looking to be strong, defined, but fitting to my body type (average height and lean). I want definition in all areas (main goal), but also want strength as bonus. I don't mind the mass gain, as long as I stay my body shape and gain definition, as well as loosing some slight fat everywhere (abs, sides, back)
