About Me
Started lifting between Christmas and new year of 2012. I weighed 63kg (~130lbs) and was skinnyfat. I was completely skin and bone beside my stomach, which held 90% of my fat stores... I've gone from 63kg @~20%BF to 79kg @12%BF in under a year. Right now I am training for entry into the special forces (commando's or SASR). Doing my best to keep very fit, lean and strong year round.
