Hi my name is Johan,but my friends call me Fishy. I am trying to loose weight and build a body of a Greek God,but unfortunately i became fat after falling into depression after my mom died in 2010 and i dont have dad just my grandparents who has been helping my mom.In 2013 i started gazing onto the fitness community and craving to be fit an strong and took my first step in 2014 by changing everything in my life to be healthy.This was hard for me because ive been a coffee addict for 9 years drinking about 4 liters of coffee a day and eating junk food has i pleased.
