About Me
I was a paramedic for 30 years until a lower back injury, cauda equina syndrome, and a total knee replacement put me on the disability list in 2013. I am an old school weight lifter from the 1980’s. I started working out on the old blue Nautilus equipment. My problem was that I started working too much and fell out of my routine which was my downfall. I’ve recently started working out to get in the best shape a 60 y/o man can be. I’ve got a long way to go.
