These are chocolate cookies that are high in protein. They are easy and fast to prepare and a good alternative to “normal” cookies. Furthermore you can eat the cookies as a protein snack to go. I hope you enjoy the recipe and be sure to try out our other fitness recipes!

Protein: 9.5 grams
Carbs: 3.8 grams
Fat: 3.6 grams
Ingredients: (Makes 8 big cookies)
30g Unsweetened cocoa
10g Coconut oil
80g Whey Protein (Chocolate)
5g Desiccated coconut
15g Oatmeal
10g Laminated almonds
15ml Maple syrup
1 Egg white
3g Baking powder
Bourbon vanilla
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 175° F (75° Celsius)
Shape the mass into 8 cookies using a tablespoon.
Put the cookies on a baking paper and bake them for about 8 - 10 minutes.
I recommend to keep the protein cookies in a food storage container to make sure that they do not dry out!
