Having spent a year abroad in Sydney, Australia I was able to really spend some good time in the gym and managed to bulk up a bit and increase my strength and size for 3 months solid lifting. Since then, I have become lazy and demotivated with university work taking priority. I have decided to become better in life and manage my time so that I can work out hard, eat right, study, spend time with my girlfriend and focus on my goals in life. I have 6 months left at university and I want to make sure I get on the right path to losing body fat, getting stronger and having a better body.
