You have a dilemma. The night is young, you have already eaten your daily caloric allotment, but you are STILL HUNGRY!  Or as I like to call it, HANGRY (Hungry + Angry).


Pop Quiz: Do you:


a) Cheat on your diet and binge on the first thing you find in your pantry (cookies???) and gain weight?


b) Stay hungry and irritable?


c) Eat a Zero Calorie Dinner that allows you to feel full without eating in caloric surplus for the day.

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet of Miracle Rice

  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

  • Salt-Free Mrs. Dash

Directions:

  1. Drain the water out of a package of Miracle Rice. Rinse the rice in cool water for 10-15 sec.

  2. Blanch in boiling water for 60 sec. Dry on a paper towel and place in a bowl.

  3. Add 1 TBSP of  Walden Farms Calorie Free Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce.

  4. Season with salt-free Mrs. Dash.

  5. Enjoy!

Ah, glucomannan. Nutritionally useless but filling :)
