Sun-Dried Tomato Cinnamon Basil Ground Turkey!

Slow Roasted Onions & Sun Dried Tomatoes With Warm Glazed Cinnamon Sweetness!

Ground turkey or chicken breasts are the leanest meat protein sources, with the least amount of fat. Steak, pork, eggs and fish are very nutritious protein sources, however the fat content those items is usually a bit higher.

The sautéed onions and tomatoes are cooked crisp to perfection, creating a satisfying crunch. While the ground meat is slow roasting on the skillet pan creating a golden crust, the cooked onions and tomatoes will be poured on top of the ground meat, adding juicy flavors to the insides while being cooked the rest of the way.

Right after, added cinnamon melts into the meat and soaks into the juices, creating sweet flavors.
