Pre-Workout Pancakes! I thought I'd try out this simple high protein/low carbohydrate and fat pancake recipe to give me those pre workout gains I'm in need of, to go lift some weights. This recipe I found is a great way to make pancakes, especially if it’s your first time. You will find this recipe is what I like to call “Macro Friendly”.
All you need is a blender and a few simple ingredients.
