Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 multigrain tortilla
  • Fresh greens
  • Tomatoes
  • Chicken pieces
  • Barbecue sauce



Directions:

  1. Put the tortilla on plate.

  2. Add the greens, tomatoes and chicken pieces.

  3. Top with barbecue sauce.

  4. Enjoy!

@nerdnr5 well four of them would give you over 1000 calories. So yes you could have four of them and if you class that as a small lunch then that's great! Haha. Means you are eating lots to make those gains!
