BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

Version 1 Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 188

  • Protein: 17.3 grams

  • Carbs: 19 grams

  • Fat: 7.1 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 3/4 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey in Cookies and Cream Flavour

  • 1/4 tsp of gluten-free xanthan gum. (it’s a thickening agent). Optional: If you want your ice cream to be creamier, then also add 1/4 tsp of Guar Gum (I didn’t bother with the guar gum because I didn’t have any in my pantry).

Directions:

  1. Blend the ingredients in a Magic Bullet.

  2. Pour this into your ice cream machine for 15-20 minutes.

  3. ENJOY!

Version 2 Nutritional Facts


Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 215

  • Protein: 21.8 grams

  • Carbs: 14.3 grams

  • Fat: 7.2 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 3/4 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey in Cookies & Cream Flavour

  • 1 TBSP of low fat cottage cheese

  • 1 TBSP nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend the following in a Magic Bullet.

  2. Pour this into your ice cream machine for 15-20 minutes.

  3. ENJOY!

i really like your recipes, but i need to know the amounts of the ingredients in grams, rather than in scoops. Since its require to have the actual same product.

Is it possible for u to post the ingredients list in grams too ?

Well.. easiest thing would b to google the prodcut and then just see what the scoop is in grams.. The label wil certainly have it! :-D
