Walden Farms Creamy Alfredo sauce combined with cooked chicken and P28 flat bread makes this pizza so quick and easy!

I’ve been eating P28 bread products since August 2013 and nothing has happened to me. I fit it into my macros and I’m maintaining my lean physique… except I’m happy! I’m eating bread! Look at me if you need evidence!

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 tsp Nutritional Yeast

  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Alfredo Pasta Sauce

  • Top with the Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/2 cup of cremini mushrooms

  • 3 sliced cherry tomatoes

  • 1 P28 Flat bread

  • 2.5 oz of chicken

  • Seasoning (I used black pepper and green onion flakes)

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Make the Cheesy Alfredo Sauce by mixing yest and pasta sauce into a bowl.

  3. Cook the Chicken - I baked my chicken breast in the oven at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Feel free to prepare your chicken your favourite way (skillet, steamer, boil, BBQ, etc).

  4. To make the pizza crust, pray a cookie sheet with PAM non-stick cooking spray. I used a silpat mat, sprayed with PAM.

  5. Get a big bowl and place it over one P28 Flat Bread. Trace a circle around the bowl with a knife. Remove the borders (see photo).

  6. Lay the crust flat on the cookie sheet.

  7. Top with the Alfredo Sauce, cremini mushrooms, sliced cherry tomatoes, chicken and Seasoning.

  8. Place in the oven for ~8 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust (don’t burn it!).

  9. ENJOY!

I'd never heard of P28 high protein wraps - WANT! Where's a good place to buy them? I don't see them in grocery/nutrition stores where I'm at.

@porscham tons of amazing recipes! Maybe just add another vegetable option instead of the chicken!
