Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 3 tsp olive oil
- ½ cup scallions
- 1/3 cup peppers
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 can black beans (15 oz)
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 cup crushed-up chips
- 1 egg
- ¾ tsp cumin powder
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ cup cheddar
- 2,5 oz quinoa
- One large lettuce leaf
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients into a bowl and form 6oz patties.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes on medium.
- Add black bean burger to a leaf roll for low carbohydrates!
