Serving Size: One Batch (3-4 Pancakes)

  • Calories: 410
  • Protein: 30 grams
  • Carbs: 50 grams
  • Sugar: 7 grams
  • Fat: 10 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 level scoop of BSN True Mass


  1. Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms.

  2. Pour into a non-stick pan.

  3. Flip when the edges start browning.

  4. Enjoy!
