Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- ½ egg whites
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup crab meat
- 4 oz mozzarella
- ½ cup tomatoes
- ½ cup spinach
- ½ tsp onion salt
- ½ cup shredded cheese

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat together the eggs and milk. Add seasoning salt, crab, vegetables and Mozzarella cheese. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 40 - 45minutes.
- Sprinkle the cheddar 10 minutes after being in the oven so that it will stay on top and crust.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
