About Me
Just starting to get into this so I am a relative newbie! Any help and advise would be welcome :) I am 5ft 7, and around 20% body fat currently. I have always carried strength from competitive swimming and water polo as a youngster and also gymnastics. The thing I struggle with most is as I'm sure is for many, my diet. I enjoy the gym but having been so active at a younger age I was able to eat what I like and stay trim, unfortunately age has caught up and I now have bad habits!
