I was an overweighted kid who reached 100 kg (221 lbs) at the age of 15. My real hobby was watching TV and eating crap. Then I was mature enough to understand that this way of life style leads me to nowhere and to take the biggest decision in my life- loosing weight and being active. It took me only 3 months to drop a third of my weight and being "a half person" as my friends have said, but actually it was the first time I felt so complete :) My life has been totally changed in all matters and I liked every single moment. I was so proud with myself and it gave me the "push" to succeed in every thing that I wanted- at school, with friends, with girls and etc. At some point I turned so skinny because I didn't know how to go back to eating normally, so I thought to try visit the local gym. I fell in love from the first time and it was the start of my fitness journey. It's been 16 years that I'm keeping good shape and healthy body. Even if there where many years that I couldn't workout at all, still I could control my nutrition and not gaining fat since I've changed everything in my mind when it comes to food- food has to serve my body and support it. I'm enjoying many other things before food and that's my luck. I'm in good period of time in my life when I can hit the gym everyday, actually I'm doing it 6 days a week now. I love it so much and it gives me back a lot. At February 2014 I met Scott's videos in YouTube for the first time and since then I'm a fan and grateful for this. I like to train hard and sweat in every workout. Also to challenge myself and learn new things so I think that what makes me pure Hermanite :)
