I have been struggling for years trying to stay fit and at a healthy weight that is sustainable for my lifestyle. I am a cyclist and runner but struggle in the off seasons staying motivated to maintain my fitness. I have tried many plans including Beachbody and Advocare all with good short term results losing 30-40 pounds with both an in the end gaining it all back due either to expenses of product or lack of everyday motivation or time. I am really looking for a way to maintain 170-175 pounds without backslide. My cycling race season always takes a hit at the start of every season due to the fact that I am playing catch up on fitness.
