About Me   

I started my journey ad the start of 2018 (31-12-17). Where my body weight was at an altime max. of 98Kg (215.6 lbs) and a estimated fat percentage of 34% according to the scale. I was feeling very depressed at the time and ashamed of my self even to the point I didn't want to go to public places anymore in fear of people watching me. So I decided it was time to take control of the situation and make my self a better person. The first challenge for me was to ignore (and give them the finger) all the negative feedback from the people around me, saying I couldn't do it or I eventually would gain all my weight back bla bla bla. I constructed a meal plan for my self with the help of reading lots and lots of articles and watching a ton of youtube video's. As a result of much dissipline and dedication I lost 25.2Kg (55.5 lbs) and dropped to an estimated body fat percentage of 14.3% according to the scale, over a periode of 6 months. Ad my lowest weight in a very very very long time of 72.8Kg (160.1 lbs) a made the choice to take the approach of reverse dieting to minimise the fat regain in an effort to take my caloric intake of 1100 kcal/day to a much more healthy level (as far as I can go without gaining to much). For the records I did minimal exercise during my fat loss phase, walking to the grocerie store but nothing to intense. I started a weight training routine, which I also constructed on my own with the help of lots of reading and watching youtube. I'm planning to up my calories with 100 to 200 per week. depending on how I feel. Currently I'm at 1600 kcal/day (30-6-18) and planning to take it to 1800 kcal/day next week (02-6-18).
