My journey Into fitness began when I was sixteen. I am very skinny and school friend asked me to Workout in a fitness club. when I first tried my fitness really feel bored and embrrassing because my body is not big enough. though so I stay do exercise konsistent. after I read some of the source articles and videos on fitness, I tried to apply, how to start a good fitness exercise movement, the tool functions in muscle training, exercise patterns and supported diet to achieve my dream target. after knowing quite a lot about the kind of fitness science / fitness. Now I try to invite my friend to those who are interested to fitness as well as helping those who have difficulty in achieving their goals. now a lot of my friends who trusted me as their personal trainer.
