I have always struggled with eating horribly and not exercising. I now found myself a 5'9" 44 year old male topped out at 301 lbs this past May. Enough was enough. I took some advice from Scott's videos and hit the gym again. I was determined to beat this once and for all. From May to July I dropped 30 lbs and was feeling amazing. I ended up with an injury (not gym related) and stopped for a little bit and found myself getting back into old habits again. So I went back to some videos for inspiration and decided I wasn't going to stop again. And I did the next best thing. I signed up for a membership here today (10/8/18).
