hey forum and scott, i know this question may have been anwserd a million times and i have read a million anwsers but now that i am a Hermanite and want to know the hermanites apponion + scotts i thought i would ask anyway to get a clear anwser that´s made for me and not a million others, everyone have different bodys and all that.
so the question is if i should aim for a higher bulk than 0,5 punds a week or because im from denmark i would say around 250 gram?
to anwser the question i know you are going to need some information about me and my diet and workouts so here it comes:
- im 18 years old 19 in about a month. my weight is around 130 punds and have a BF around 7-9% and 173 cm tall or 5,67 feet.
i count my calories and right now i get around 2600 on my workout days and 2250 on my off days. it´s devided approximately like this:
workdays: 320 carbs, 200 protein, 60 grams of fat and around 40-50 grams of fibres. ofcourse it varies from day to day but around there. on my off days i eat around 280 carbs, 175 protein, 50 fat and 40-45 fibres.
- with this curent diet i gain around the 0,5 punds or a little over, around 250 grams a week.
- i was once fat but got rid of it with exercise and diet.
- i have been traning for around 6 years, and seriously for around 2-3 years.
- i know a lot about diet and can easiely loss weight but i have never wanted to gain weight so dont know that much about that.
- my workouts are hard and intens using everything i have learned from Scott about gaining muscle.
- i tend to very easiely gain fat but have always stayed small but i have never really tryed to gain muscle. And i have always been able to loss fat very quickly aswell.
- my goal is to end up with a weight around 155 punds with a BF around 7-9. and i know gaining that much lean mass will take years.
so now back to the question with all this infomation would you recomend me to keep up my bulk with the 250 grams or pump it up and try to gain more muscle and fat, and by that making the gain faster?
