Hi guys,
Im an ectomorph at 179cm and 69KG atm. Im gaining fat. Does this mean im eating too much? Or isnt that always the reason?
Im eating like 3000-3500 calories a day, not counting macro's.. just aiming for 130 grams of protein and as much carbs as I can get..
Should I eat like 200 calories less every day to stop the fat gainnss?
