The second pic is about 1 month old , so i ve been alr cutting for like 1 week and half eating clean .And i have been doing 10 Min treadmill HIIT TRAINING AFTER EACH WORKOUT.

THis is what i eat during the day:

eggs/chicken fillets/tuna(sometiems)/yogurt/2 protein shakes/peanuts/cheese/ 1 slice of bread/orange juice(made myself not some artificial shit)/bananas

ANy tip anything else to cut and prevent muscle loss for a solid body after the cutt. I guess i wont need more than 8 weeks rite? And i guess for body fat percentage . THx

Hey man!

I m not sure if you are satisfied with the muscle mass you ve got or you want to build more.

First of all, you should be proud because you are not skinny anymore! You have made SOLID progress. Dont let anybody tell you differently.

Now..if you want to build more muscle, I would actually do it now. You dont seem fat at all so I would continue lean bulking for 6-12 more months. I would start cutting after that if I am satisfied with my muscle gains.

If you think that the mass you ve got is what you want, and you definitely want to become lean now then you are on the right path. The only problem is you are telling us what you eat but I imagine you havent calculated your BMR or your daily macros and calories which is crucial for fat loss. I would invite you to watch the video below.

8 weeks will be enough to get you real lean. Stick to heavy compound movements and try to maintain as much strength as possible. The more strength you maintain = the more mass you maintain. They are directly related.
