Hey Scott, I have an urgent question and no matter where i try to get an answer for it, i always fail to do so. I am seriously confused about one thing, throughout the year should i be in a lean bulking phase like you say or cutting phase? Should i be in a caloric surplus or deficit or should i keep switching back and forth depending on my goals? Do i have to keep counting calories for the rest of my life?

You’ll go from about an 86% return to a 98% return when you place the highest bet possible. So rather than playing the penny slots https://mostbetbdlogin.com/app/, choose a machine where you can bet $5, $10 or even $20.
