Hey, I have a perhaps kind of strange request here!
Just like everyone else, I've been longing to get back to the gym ever since the quarantine went up. So I figured why not try out Scott's home workout program. It's fun and exactly what I was looking for, but after one session I realized that I can't follow that program, or probably any other program for that matter. The thing is, I got the bad boy disease about 4 weeks ago making my breathing very difficult. It is a mild case and the breathing was pretty much back to normal about a week ago, but apparently, I wasn't completely restored and working out and getting out of breath made the issues come back. Now I'm a bit reluctant towards doing any compound exercises or even just slightly heavy ones.
For the above reason I am looking for exercises I can do at home which do not require me to breathe or bring up my heart rate too much. I've only really thought of the obvious exercises yet: forearm-"curls" and calf raises. At home I have access to a pair of dumbbells and a pull-up bar.
Do you guys have any other suggestions? I know that this is a pretty off-case which you don't really think about that much, but I think there may be more people in seat, who are well enough to do minor exercises but still not completely well yet.
Stay safe and wash your hands before eating pizza!
Anton
EDIT:
If it is not obvious, I'm looking for light exercises for increasing or at least somewhat maintaining my strength until this whole thing blows over. The first rays of the spring summer have just started showing here in Sweden, so its really making me want to move my body!
