Hi! This month I started "Guaranteed Gains" and it looks like that this program is the best out there for me. Sadly I cant follow the calendar because of my work schedule, but its still great :) I have two questions about the excercises:
1. I'm not able to do any of the variation of the Chest Dips. Can I exchange this with Reverse Grip Bench Press?
2. At the Gym I'm going to sometimes there is not enough space to do a Floor Viper, which excercise would be the best to exchange it for?
